Today’s Odd Cut Tour takes me to the Beef Ball Tip. It’s the cut of meat hanging out next to the bottom sirloin and tenderloin.
After buying and cooking this thing, i found it to be a rather boring cut of beef. Insanely prone to drying out during the cooking process.
Still, I’m glad it was more steak, and less beef-ball-ish.
(Served with kale quinoa, and buttered corn).
